Donations
The Episcopal Cottage is a not-for-profit corporation. We depend entirely on membership dues, rental income, donations and bequests. Membership dues and rental income are insufficient to cover the capital improvements needed to maintain the Cottage in good repair. Your donations and bequests are both welcome and needed.
Feel free to drop off a donation at the Cottage during the Season, send us one in the mail to the Treasurer, Sue Chichester 1405 Spring Lake Dr., Erie, PA 16505-2732 or click the link to the right to send it electronically. You may view our planned giving brochure Here.
If you would like to discuss planned giving or a donation to the Cottage, please see the Hostess at the Cottage during the Season or email Donations, and a member of the Board will contact you.
Make A Donation To Episcopal Cottage
All donations are tax deductible and will be acknowledged for tax purposes.
To become a member of the Episcopal Cottage, you may contribute ten dollars ($10) for an annual membership either by mail to the address in the above section, through this website by clicking the Join button to the right or in person during the Season. Life membership is available for a two hundred dollar ($200) per person donation. All checks should be made payable to “The Episcopal Cottage of Chautauqua, Inc”. Your membership not only helps us to continue our work of hospitality, but it allows you to be a voting member at our annual meeting each year. Helping us to shape the future of the Cottage.
