In-Season Reservation Application

Guests making a reservation for Week 9 may choose to stay over Saturday night for an extra charge of 20% of the weekly room rent. You would also need to extend your Chautauqua gate pass. Please let us know if you plan to use either of these options.)

Verification

Room Application

Priority Applications will be accepted between October 1 and October 15, 2021. Applications received after October 15th will be processed as they are received. Please, no submissions prior to October 1, 2021.

NO PAYMENT is needed to complete this application. Information regarding payments will be included in your confirmation letter which will be mailed by November 15th for Priority Applications, and as soon as possible for others. Full payment, in a single check, will be due by January 31, 2022. Every effort will be made to meet your requested dates and rooms.  If this is not possible, you will be notified, your name will be placed on the waiting list, and you will be contacted if there is a cancellation.

Chautauqua Season only

Rentals are by the week, Saturday to Saturday, with check-in after 2:00 pm, and check-out by 9:00 am. Porters will be available during check-in and check-out times only.

Payment

Rent is not due until you receive confirmation of your room.

Information for sending rent payments will be included in your room confirmation which will arrive by mail in mid-winter.
