Rooms and Rates
Large windows in each of the rooms provide different views of the Chautauqua Institution grounds. Furnished and decorated in good taste with comfort in mind, guest rooms are designed to be your “home away from home.” There is a sink, dresser, night table, and chair in each room. All of the guest rooms also have clothes closets. All guest rooms are air-conditioned, made possible by generous contributions from interested guests and Cottage Members. Other amenities include an overhead fan and an alarm clock/radio. There is a full bath on the second and third floors as well as a half bath on the first, second and third floors. A couple of guest rooms have private baths. No guest room is equipped for the handicapped or wheel-chair accessible. No children or pets allowed. This is a smoke-free Cottage.
Linens and towels are provided during the Chautauqua season. Kindly note that guest rooms are rented only on a weekly basis during the Chautauqua season. The Episcopal Cottage is open to all people, however, an annual “Cottage Membership” of $10/person is required to stay here, unless you are a Life Member ($200/person).
